Most sellers at some point run into another agent who may inevitably bad mouth the flat fee listing. Why anyone would do business with someone unscrupulous like that is beyond me...
If your home is listed and it hasn't sold it's usually price and condition. Few sellers can actually look in the mirror and admit they're over priced.

Once your home is listed in the mls (Multiple Listing Service) the listing automatically datafeeds to most all sites like www.realtor.com, zillow.com, homes.com and Trulia.com. So, there is little else a traditional
